- This is a 21 and up event only, no exceptions!
- NO Weapons of any kind.
- NO illegal substances.
- Smoking is only permitted in a designated area, which will be noted on the festival map. Please do not smoke anywhere else.
- NO Bags or Backpacks (small purses and camera bags allowed).
- No outside food or beverage. Drinking water will be provided.
- Please help us show the community that we are responsible by being aware of your alcohol consumption and do NOT drive while intoxicated. See our Directions page for buses, taxis and other transportation info. All attendees, staff members, and volunteers’ actions before, during, and after the event will affect the future of the East Nashville Beer Festival. That being said, we look forward to a great festival and having you all be part of this awesome event!

What are the hours of the festival and when is it?
March 23, 2013-Gates open at 12pm and we will begin scanning tickets at 11am. Event ends at 5pm.What does the festival Cost?
$50, which includes entry to the festival, 6 ounce glass tulip tasting glass, and samples of all beers.Will there be designated driver tickets?
Yes, they will be $20 and you still must be 21+. You will not receive a tasting glass. However snacks, soda or coffee will be provided.Do you have to be over the age of 21 to attend?
Yes, no exceptions all ID`s will be checked at the gate. Please don’t bother to buy a ticket if you are not 21.Are children allowed at the event?
Sorry, no children. Call the babysitter in advance!Are pets allowed at the event?
As much as we love our dogs, cats, goats, and fish, please leave them at home.What happens if it rains or snows?
The show must go on. Rain, snow or shine, no refunds.Will there be food at the event?
Yes, food will be sold by many Nashville Food trucks and East Nashville restaurants.Will there be bathrooms at the event?
Yes,hand wash stations too. We have doubled the number of bathrooms from last year but crowd will stay same size.Will there be an after party?
There will, come hang out with all of us at 3 Crow Bar afterwards! 2-4-1 low gravity craft beers with your East Nashville Beer Festival wrist band!!How can I volunteer at the event?

Whole Foods Market Pairing Tent-Love food? Love craft beer? Get ready to experience the ultimate in food and craft beer pairings. This opportunity will be limited to 200 guests and offers you the chance to enjoy beer and food pairings from 6 breweries hand selected by Rhizome Productions. There will be 12 amazing beers paired with 12 small plates, prepared on site by the amazing Whole Foods Market chefs. Tickets for the pairing will go on sale Wednesday February 20th at 9AM CST and are $95 (includes both festival entry and entry to the pairing tent), food will be constantly available from 12-4 so you can basically enjoy as much as your stomach desires. Cheers!

Directions:

Buses:Nashville MTA Buses 20,26, and 30 all stop within walking distance of East Park.
Parking:
East Park has NO parking. If you must drive to the event we ask that you respectfully park on the streets surrounding the park. Please show East Nashville residents respect by not blocking drive ways, fire hydrants, or any intersections. The East Nashville neighborhood supports the The East Nashville Beer Festival and we want to assure that we show our gratefulness, thanks for playing your part!

We will arrange a cab pickup and drop off point close to the event. More details to follow.Thank you for traveling responsibly.For everyone, consider walking! If you must drive home plan to visit a local dining establishment, have a nice meal and plenty of water before heading home!
